Chipps is a natural wooden floor combined with the ease and versatility of OSB, adding a dash of creativity and design in the mix. An easy-to-use, practical solution for floors, walls and ceilings. Environment-friendly, durable, very strong and wear-resistant. The resins and waxes we use, are of the highest quality and non-toxic. On top, the boards are easy to install, thanks to the tongue and groove. The boards are made of hardwood chips (hence our name), combined with a strong, durable resin that is non-toxic. An eco-friendly, natural product. The dimensions of Chipps boards are 2440 x 590 x 15 or 18 mm thick. Thanks to the unique designs, everyone can find their specific taste in the extensive menu of over 50 designs. We apply a 7 layer coating that is wear-, scratch- and UV-resistant, making our wood boards suitable for any environment, such as hotels, bars, restaurants, festivals, fairs, mancave's, but also in your home, Chipps boards are guaranteed to uplift any space! Our boards have been heavily tested, and are approved for heavy commercial use, class 34. Not only is Chipps cost-effective, Chipps is also practical, versatile and time-effective. The tongue and groove system allows a speedy installation, transforming even the most complicated spaces with minimum effort. Chipps can be put in using an acoustic felt as a subfloor. Because of the high density of the boards, it will not feel like a floating floor and there is almost no expansion. The boards can of course be glued down as well, without the use of a subfloor, glued straight on the concrete or on a wooden bed. Once installed, the space is finished, no drying time, no gyproc, no paint, no wallpaper, no odeurs!
